• You can text us anytime; we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays. If you text on Friday, MD will respond within 24 hours if the matter is urgent; otherwise, by the end of Monday. 

• We have partnerships with many pharmacies to ensure uninterrupted access to your medicines should one of them be out of stock. 

• Unlike insurance-based care, our services come with transparent and predictable costs so you can budget accordingly.
